Below are some of our service options and general pricing. These are broken down into variations to give you a more accurate idea of how we tailor our services to your specific event and planning needs. All options can be further modified to your specifications and pricing may vary based on location and other considerations.

An initial meeting and consultation is always free.

Below are the various options which comprise our consulting and coordinating services. Each option has a letter or number associated with it so that you can easily combine options to create your perfect package.

R — Day of Reception Coordination ($500)

• Event/intinerary planning meeting (2-3 weeks before event).
• Personalized timelines and checklists for the big day.
• Item check-in to coordinator (week before).
• Coordination with vendors concerning arrival times, set-up, schedule of events, etc.
• Supervision of event including set-up, itinerary and clean-up.
• Follow up meeting (if necessary).

C — Ceremony Coordination ($100 if combined with R; $250 for ceremony only)

• Rehearsal for ceremony.
• Storage and set-up of ceremony items.
• Direction of ceremony.

2 — Second Location ($100 for multiple sites; $50 if combined with C)

P — Planning Package ($250)

• Initial planning meeting.
• Detailed customized timeline and to-do lists.
• Recommendation lists appropriate to your event, budget, and style.
• Periodic check-ins regarding progress on various list items, followed by list updates.
• Follow up planning meeting (1-2 months before event).

V — Venue Search ($250; $150 if combined with P)

• A list of venues appropriate to your group size, budget, and style.
• Tour of listed facilities and explanation of how each location can meet your needs.

T — Total Planning (Price varies by event)

• Complete planning and execution of every aspect of your event; you need only sit back, relax, and exercise your veto power when appropriate!

All of the above services include unlimited support by phone and e-mail. Additional services are available, including website hosting, favor and invitation preperation, and planning for related events (rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, etc.). Please inquire for pricing and service details.
